Russell Rothstein
President

Russell Rothstein is the President and Founder of Sales Spider Media. The company owns multiple media properties including SaleSpider.com, the largest small business social network in the US, and the AdShare Network,a full service display ad network and email marketing company.

Rothstein is recognized thought leader in both the business social media and digital advertising industries and has been featured in multiple articles and media including Entrepreneur Magazine, Forbes, Fox Business, Inc Magazine and the Globe and Mail to name a few.

Prior to the development of Sales Spider, Rothstein was the President and Founder of NorthPath, a Sales Outsourcing company offering lead generation and field sales outsourcing to leading technology companies.

Previous to NorthPath, Rothstein served in numerous sales and application capacities for Oracle, and was awarded Highest Performing Application Sales Manager and gained numerous corporate awards.

Before Oracle, Russell was the Managing Partner and Founder of Bizware, a software supply chain for retail petroleum and major convenience stores. He successfully built Bizware into the industry market leader before selling to a Nasdaq listed public company in 1995.

Rothstein holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario and a First Class Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economics from McGill University in Montreal.


Jeffrey Schwartz
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Dorel Company Ltd.

Shortly after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal's McGill University, Jeffrey Schwartz joined Dorel Company Ltd., the juvenile product manufacturing operation established by his father several years earlier. Already endowed with strong financial acumen, the experience rounded out Jeffrey's abilities, providing him with an important operational and sales background.

Originally, Vice President, Juvenile for Dorel Industries (the public company), Jeffrey was named Vice President, Finance in the late 1980s and later Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. These positions have become increasingly strategic over the years, as the Company has evolved through various acquisitions to become a global consumer products leader in juvenile and home furnishings. Jeffrey currently oversees the finance function at all Dorel companies and regularly deals with the many financial analysts who follow the Corporation.

Today, Dorel is a global consumer products company, the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of juvenile products, among the top two ready-to-assemble furniture manufacturers in North America and the largest US bicycle distributor. Sales in 2003 were US$1.2 billion with US$75 Million in Net Income. Sales in 2004 are expected to exceed US$1.8 billion with Net Income appreciating considerably.


Arthur YallenCounsel

Arthur Yallen has extensive experience as counsel and advisor to a wide range of clients in the corporate and management sectors.

A graduate of Montreal's McGill University, Arthur received an honours B.A. in Economics in 1984. In 1987, he received his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, and has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1989.

In 1990, he founded and became the principal of Yallen Associates, a boutique law firm in Toronto. Yallen Associates represent a diverse roster of clients including investment bankers, corporations and special interest groups, as well as owners and managers of professional sports teams, professional athletes and representatives of professional athletes.
